Some idiot actually think that i am an admin staff in the dept & not a marketing staff & have NO experience in doing whatever i have been doing for the past 1 1/2 years. Screw that person!!! C'mon! Who do you think you are? If i am an admin staff i must be damn rich, considering i got a bachelor's degree & just do admin work. If you are that good, then you dont even need us. For goodness sake, expect people to give you respect when you yourself don't even respect others???!!! (*&^%$#@!!!
Am i glad that beaniee's da jie actually told the person off & prove to that idiot my track record of securing the required percentage asap for a site to be ready for launch & as well as my ability to excel in my marketing skills. As what beaniee's da jie say "If you are an admin staff, you are one of the most highly paid admin staff in the company then".
As what beaniee's da jie rightly pointed out, if you want people to work for you, respect the person. If you continue to think that the person can't do it, who will wanna work hard for you? Way to go, I respect you, man!!!
