Met up with Ah Hia for dinner after work on Thursday. He had to work till 7pm so i waited while i was rushing my work in the office too. Went to Clarity Cafe for dinner. The place was rather dim and there were litted candles on the table. A cheaper version of candlelight dinner ambience? When we were deciding on our main course. I received a sms message that read "hello!". Apparently, my cousin sent the sms. She was somewhere in the same cafe! Talk about coincidences! She was actually at the next table, grinning & waving at me. ARghh..! anyway had a dinner then we both decided we should call it a day & took MRT to go home together. Cos the next day was a working day for me. Need as much sleep as possible....to fight a daily battle..
Had a short ktv session with Eric & Turtle on Friday. The 3 of us decided to meet at chinatown. First, we had pig organ soup dinner at Sago Street. Turtle was late, he went to park his car before he came to meet us. He had on this dark blue shirt that make him look so uncle that both Eric & I couldnt recognise him. Ate a quick dinner & decided where to go next. Heard that there is this Ten dollars ktv somewhere around. So we decided to comb the streets. Finally we found the place! The rooms were packed so we went to walk around till 8.30pm.
Went to have some dessert. Turtle's treat! Thanx for the treat! Gobbled down our food and reach the ktv place promptly at 8.30pm. The room was huge for 3 persons. Free flow of drinks & a bowl of starchy soup each. Started to select songs that we wanted. I was so crazy that i picked 183 club's songs. heee.. Too bad they didnt have the newest video "I'm so hot". We all sang an assortment of songs ranging from 183 Club, JJ, Lee Hom to Westlife and Atomic Kitten.
